So did you have to put Jelly Bean down last year or did he pull through?

I love the detail in this one (the important drill bits, the unsecured roofing tin.) The writing is rich, but you've got it pared down to perfection. May you have a mild spring and a gentle summer!

The word that kept recurring to me as I read your description of your work and perceptions was courage. May you stay strong as you face the coming year. May you always find something to cherish in the difficulties.

When I was about 12 years old, I had the responsibility of tethering our nanny goat to clear land in various places. Her babies are one of my best memories.

You bring us with you to the growing grass and mud and muck. Thank you. Best wishes for Jellybean's full recovery and a successful breeding year.

Something about this one got me teary-eyed. I would like to support your writing, once I’m working again. Hope this growing season treats you well. Good luck.
